StratCap Securities LLC has hired Michael Kerrigan as senior regional vice president overseeing the Southeast territory. In this role, Kerrigan will be responsible for strengthening adviser relationships, expanding regional sales efforts, and supporting capital-raising activities across the Southeast region.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Michael back to StratCap,” said Katie Peterson, head of retail distribution for StratCap Securities LLC. “He brings a rare combination of alternative investment experience, territory expertise, and long-standing adviser relationships. His return reflects our commitment to building a high-caliber sales team that can help financial advisers navigate complex alternative investments.”

Kerrigan rejoins StratCap with more than a decade of wholesaling and business-development experience across the independent broker-dealer and registered investment adviser channels. He most recently served as regional vice president with Ashford Securities from 2023 to 2025, where he was responsible for capital-raising efforts across the Southeast. Prior to that, he spent nearly three years with Gladstone Securities from 2020 to 2023 serving the same region. He also spent time at Calton & Associates, Midland National Life Insurance Company, and Sammons Retirement Solutions after his earlier service at StratCap.

Kerrigan earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses.

Over the summer, StratCap Securities hired Natalie Stephens, formerly with Capital Square and Griffin Capital Securities, as regional vice president overseeing the West Coast.
