The Salesforce and AI practice delivers purpose-built Salesforce solutions for alternative investment sponsors — public non-traded REITs, DSTs, opportunity zone funds, fund sponsors, family offices, and FINRA/SEC-registered firms. The practice is built on a layered intelligence methodology, deployed directly into the client’s existing Salesforce org. It begins with a data integrity foundation — a clean, duplicate-free org on which everything else is built. Actively curated third-party data feeds are then layered in and automatically synced, and every source is married into a single, unified advisor record. An alert-centric environment makes that intelligence actionable, surfacing what matters most so wholesalers act on signals rather than searching for them. On that foundation sit AI agents trained on each client’s products, compliance requirements, and KPIs — whether deployed natively inside Salesforce or connected from the outside in through enterprise AI platforms via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — extending beyond assistive chat into targeted email journeys, meeting preparation, interaction analysis, and sales coaching. Agentic AI is the practice’s current research and development focus.

Centersky Secure, launched in June 2026, is a continuous compliance operating system for organizations running Microsoft 365. Agentic AI needs always-on governance: as AI tools move data faster than IT teams can track, a review done six months ago is no longer enough.
