Stockbridge Names Ex-UBS Colleague to VP of National Accounts Role

Real estate investment management firm Stockbridge has added Laura Spicciatie to its private wealth team as vice president, senior national account manager. In this role, Spicciatie will be responsible for managing Stockbridge’s national account relationships and operations across wirehouse, banks, and registered investment adviser aggregators.
Founded in 2003, Stockbridge manages real estate equity investments across the risk spectrum within a variety of investment structures on behalf of U.S. and foreign institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Its Private Wealth division launched in January of this year.
Spicciatie brings over two decades of experience in national account strategy, product distribution, and platform development across global investment markets. Her deep expertise spans mutual funds, ETFs, separately managed accounts, and alternative investments and is supported by an understanding of regulatory frameworks and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Stockbridge, Spicciatie spent more than 14 years at UBS Asset Management. She last served as director and national account manager. There, she led strategic relationships with broker-dealers and RIA platforms, and according to Stockbridge, played a pivotal role in transforming the firm’s U.S. wholesale strategy. Her leadership was instrumental in implementing a home-office-only coverage model, optimizing revenue-sharing structures and expanding product penetration across key platforms.
“We are thrilled to welcome Laura to the team,” said Vere Reynolds-Hale, managing director, private wealth at Stockbridge. “Her extensive experience and strategic insight will be invaluable as we continue to expand our presence across national platforms and deliver exceptional service to our clients.”
Spicciatie holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in international marketing and marketing, respectively from St. Joseph’s University. She also maintains FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Earlier this year, Stockbridge highlighted its partnership with SUBSCRIBE, an operating system for alternative investments serving fund managers, institutional and wealth investors, and service providers. Through the alliance, Stockbridge’s investment products became available to wealth management firms through the operating system.
The company had approximately $35.7 billion of assets under management, as of March 31, 2025, spanning all major real estate property types, and certain specialty property types with an emphasis on residential and industrial space throughout the nation.
