Skyway Capital Markets LLC has launched a Delaware statutory trust platform for 1031 exchange investors and named Amy Arnold senior managing director and head of product development to lead it, the Tampa, Fla.-based managing broker-dealer said.

Arnold joins Skyway after serving as chief due diligence officer at Concorde Investment Services, where she oversaw sponsor and product due diligence and helped bring institutional DST offerings to market, according to the company.

Arnold brings more than two decades of experience in alternative investments, spanning due diligence, product development, operations, compliance, marketing, relationship management, and financial professional education, Skyway said. She has evaluated hundreds of alternative investment offerings across real estate, DSTs, private placements, opportunity zones, energy investments, private funds, and real estate investment trusts, with experience on both the product distribution and broker-dealer platform oversight sides of the business.

“As we continue to expand our alternative investment offerings, launching a 1031 exchange program was a natural next step,” said Rob Woomer, chief executive officer of Skyway Capital Markets. “Our goal is to provide our financial adviser network with high-quality 1031 exchange solutions while delivering another capital formation strategy for our sponsor partners. Amy’s deep experience in due diligence and product development makes her the ideal person to lead this initiative.”

“I am excited to join Skyway Capital Markets and help build its DST platform,” Arnold said. “Skyway has established strong relationships with high-quality real estate sponsors and has built an outstanding alternative investment distribution platform. I look forward to developing a best-in-class 1031 exchange program that delivers thoughtfully structured investment opportunities for financial professionals and their clients.”

Arnold serves on the ADISA board of directors, where she has helped shape industry dialogue on due diligence, product governance, adviser education, and regulatory best practices, and she regularly participates in industry conferences, educational events, and panel discussions.

Skyway said its initial DST offerings will feature manufactured housing communities sponsored by FG Communities, a self-administered, self-managed real estate holding company that acquires, owns, and operates manufactured housing communities across the Southeastern United States. Skyway has previously partnered with FG Communities on preferred equity and common equity offerings; the DST platform extends that existing relationship.
