ADISA Announces Results of 2026 Board Elections

The Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association, i.e., ADISA – which labels itself the nation’s largest trade association serving the alternative investments and securities industry – announced the results of its 2026 board elections. ADISA conducts democratic elections hosted by a neutral online vendor, and the elections are open to all member categories with a maximum of three votes per firm.
ADISA’s members are typically involved in non-traded real estate investment trusts, business development companies, master limited partnerships and private and public funds, 1031 exchange programs, energy and oil and gas interests, equipment leasing programs, or other alternative and direct investment offerings.

ADISA board elections occur in the fall; each new director was elected to a two-year term through 2027. At the first board meeting of 2026 in January, the board will elect its 2026 officers.
Like years past, ADISA’s latest appointees are engaged in numerous activities across the industry. For example:
- Hear from Updike during AltsWire’s upcoming Dec. 3 webinar on energy investing; and
- We recently sat down with Arnold for our “Five Questions for…” series. She discussed how the independent broker-deal channel is influencing innovation and increasing access to alts.
