ARCTRUST III Real Estate Investment Trust Issues Special Distribution

ARCTRUST Private Capital, the capital markets division of the ARCTRUST Group of Companies, announced that ARCTRUST III Inc., a non-traded real estate investment trust, declared a special distribution of $0.13 per share in addition to the regular quarterly dividend of $0.1275 per share, for a combined total of $0.2575 per share.

“The performance of our portfolio and [preferred asset vehicles for real estate, or PAVRs] program continues to validate the discipline of our investment approach, and this special distribution reflects that strong performance,” said Gary Baumann, chief executive officer of ARCTRUST III. “We greatly appreciate the confidence and support of our investors, and we are thrilled to share the tangible benefits of our approach with them.”

Formed in 2018, ARCTRUST III is a private growth and income REIT that aims to invest its capital through the PAVRs program, which seek to combine the cash flow features of a corporate bond with the appreciation potential inherent in real estate.

Since inception, the REIT has raised more than $131.3 million in gross equity with 28 full-cycle investments and 28 consecutive quarterly dividend payments.

Previously reported by AltsWire, ARCTRUST III announced several leadership updates within its management teams earlier this year. Jason Kessler was appointed president; Silvia Fernandes, Esq., was named chief operating officer; and Baumann was promoted to chairman, providing overall leadership and strategic vision for the REIT.

More recently, ARCTRUST Private Capital broke ground on the Project Edison 55 at Woodforest  concierge community, a joint venture with Edison Equity Residential LLC.

Since inception, the ARCTRUST Group of Companies, which includes ARCTRUST Private Capital, has been responsible for the development, acquisition, and joint-venture funding of more than 500 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $5 billion.
