WealthForge Securities Expands Retail Strategy With Archer Investors Partnership

WealthForge Securities LLC has added Archer Investors, a five-person team of registered representatives specializing in Delaware statutory trust 1031 exchange planning, as part of a broader initiative to expand its retail brokerage business alongside its traditional managing broker-dealer operations.
The Archer team, led by chief executive officer Beth Veloz, joins WealthForge from Lightpath Securities, which has exited the business. Since 2007, Archer has facilitated thousands of DST investments supporting more than $4 billion in real estate transactions, the firm said, focused on transitioning clients from active property management to passive real estate securities ownership.
The hire follows WealthForge’s recent launch of WealthForge Distributors, a separate entity that now houses the firm’s managing broker-dealer business. The split allows WealthForge Securities to focus exclusively on its retail arm.
WealthForge Securities chief executive officer Bill Robbins said the firm is actively pursuing additional partnerships with retail groups specializing in the 1031 exchange sector. WealthForge has worked with the Cornerstone Real Estate Investment Services retail team since 2019. Robbins said the firm’s platform was designed to address operational hurdles around due diligence speed and depth. WealthForge said it provides participating teams with an offering comparison database, a vetted due diligence pipeline, and compliance infrastructure intended to reduce administrative burden on advisers.
“Working with experienced real estate owners as they navigate DST 1031 exchange planning requires both technical precision and a deep understanding of what these transitions mean for clients’ lives and legacies,” said Veloz.
Through the WealthForge platform, Archer Investors gains access to DST and other alternative investment offerings across a range of sponsors and asset classes.
WealthForge Securities is a broker-dealer focused on alternative investments, including 1031 exchange and DST programs.
