Thompson Thrift Fund Delivers 360-Unit Georgia Multifamily Community

Thompson Thrift has completed The Liliana, a 360-unit Class A multifamily community in Pooler, Ga., funded through Thompson Thrift 2024 Multifamily Development LP. The fund raised more than $250 million, according to the firm.

Construction wrapped in April 2026, with resident move-ins having begun in July 2025. The community sits on a 23-acre site near the Savannah Quarters neighborhood, off Interstate 16 and Pooler Parkway, roughly 12 miles west of downtown Savannah.

“We’re proud to celebrate the official grand opening of The Liliana and expand our presence in the growing Savannah region,” said Angie Atkins, senior vice president of community management for Thompson Thrift. “The Liliana reflects our commitment to delivering a high-quality resident experience through thoughtful, modern design, high-quality amenities and spaces that support both comfort and connection.”

The Liliana includes several three-story buildings with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans up to nearly 1,400 square feet. Unit features include stainless-steel appliances, smart home technology, and energy-efficient LED lighting.

Community amenities include a 24-hour social hub, a heated pool, and a pickleball court.

Thompson Thrift has invested more than $7.2 billion in local communities nationwide over the past four decades, the firm said.
