UBS Taps Industry Veteran Justin Frame to Lead Tucson Office
UBS Global Wealth Management announced that it has appointed, Justin Frame, current managing director and market executive for the Pacific Desert Market, the additional responsibility of the UBS Tucson, Ariz., office.
“It’s a proud moment to return to where my passion for finance and investments started with my education at U of A,” said Frame, referring to his alma mater, the University of Arizona. “Tucson is an incredible community, and I’m looking forward to leading some of the most exceptional financial adviser teams in Arizona – helping clients in Tucson and the surrounding areas build the wealth needed to realize their financial goals.”
Before joining UBS in 2020, Frame spent 25 years with Morgan Stanley, where he rose through the leadership ranks across Colorado, Nebraska, and West Los Angeles. His previous roles have included branch and complex manager, regional chief operating officer, and family wealth adviser. According to UBS, he also served as a financial adviser for 14 years.
“Justin is one of those leaders who leaves it all on the field – he’s consistent, supportive, and extremely effective,” said Lauren Gorsche, head of the West Region at UBS Wealth Management. “We’re fortunate to have his leadership in the Pacific Desert Market and are confident he’ll bring the same energy and excellence to the Tucson office.”
In addition to his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, Frame also completed the Wharton School’s investment consultant program. Frame is also a podcast host and is active in the community, serving on several philanthropic boards.
This announcement follows closely on UBS’s recent addition of Arizona- and Georgia-based advisers who oversee $235 million in assets.
