Revere Securities Names Kyle Kadish as Director of Private Markets
Kyle Kadish

Revere Securities has announced that Kyle Kadish has joined the firm as director of private markets, a role designed to expand the firm’s capabilities across private real estate, private credit, and illiquid investment opportunities.

Kadish will lead sourcing, evaluation, and due diligence efforts while supporting advisers and clients seeking access to differentiated private market strategies.

“Kyle brings a sophisticated understanding of private markets and a disciplined approach to evaluating opportunities across the capital stack,” said Scott Fullman, president of Revere Securities. “His leadership strengthens our ability to broaden the investment horizon for our clients and deliver thoughtfully diversified portfolio solutions at a time when private markets are playing an increasingly important role in long‑term wealth creation.”

Kadish joins Revere with past experience in capital markets, private placements, and tax-advantaged investment structures. His background includes leading due diligence, structuring transactions, and advising high-net-worth investors, family offices, and institutions on private market allocations.

Bill Moreno, Revere’s chairman and chief executive officer, emphasized the strategy behind Kadish’s hiring. “Capital formation is a core function of investment banking, and private markets are central to that mission. Kyle’s expertise enhances our ability to connect quality issuers with investors seeking access to institutional-grade opportunities.”

In the new role, Kadish will collaborate across Revere’s investment banking, advisory, and wealth management teams to expand the firm’s private market platform and support the development of new offerings aligned with investor demand.

Kadish is the president of Advantage Wealth Solutions and a board member of the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association, more commonly known as ADISA. Prior to joining Revere, he was the director of capital markets at IBN Financial Securities Inc. since December 2023.

Revere Securities is an investment bank and broker‑dealer providing advisory, capital markets, and wealth management solutions to individuals, institutions, and emerging growth companies. The firm is committed to delivering independent advice, rigorous due diligence, and access to a broad range of investment opportunities.
