Four Springs Capital Markets, a provider of 1031 exchange and net lease replacement properties, announced that David Gorenberg as director of 1031 education and advanced case management.

Gorenberg brings more than three decades of experience in the legal and 1031 exchange industry to the Four Springs team. He has been a licensed attorney in New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 1991 and has guided clients through 1031 exchange transactions since 1992, helping investors and professionals navigate the complex landscape of like-kind exchanges.

Before joining Four Springs, Gorenberg served as national director of 1031 exchange services for a Fortune 15 bank, where he built its 1031 exchange platform from the ground up – ultimately generating more than $850 million in annual deposits. He also held leadership positions with several other national qualified intermediaries and also currently serves as president of Polaris 1031 Exchange.

As director of 1031 education and advanced case management, Gorenberg will focus on expanding educational initiatives at Four Springs Capital Markets – offering continuing education programs for financial professionals, adviser training sessions, and public resources designed to grow awareness and expertise within the 1031 exchange community.

Gorenberg has written and spoken extensively on 1031 exchange transactions, tenant-in-common and Delaware statutory trust investment properties as like-kind replacement property solutions, and IRS Revenue Procedure 2002-22 and Revenue Ruling 2004-86. He has presented continuing education programs to the Real Estate Investment Securities Association, Federation of Exchange Accommodators, National Association of REALTORS, and numerous universities.
