ExchangeRight’s Income REIT Strategy Now Available on iCapital Marketplace

ExchangeRight has announced that offerings from its net lease REIT platform are now live and available on the iCapital Marketplace, a global fintech platform for alternative investments. The REIT’s investment focus is on net-leased properties operating in “necessity-based” retail and healthcare industries,

According to the company, the collaboration marks a significant step in providing simplified access to the REIT. By joining the iCapital Marketplace, ExchangeRight says it is enabling more wealth advisers to deliver diversified private real estate solutions designed for stable, tax-efficient income, and long-term growth.

“This collaboration represents a strategic alignment between ExchangeRight’s commitment to providing reliable, income-generating real estate investments, and iCapital’s mission to empower wealth advisers with seamless access to the private markets,” said Joshua Ungerecht, a managing partner at ExchangeRight.

ExchangeRight is just the latest sponsor to make an offering or offerings available on the iCapital Marketplace, or otherwise partner with the global fintech platform. Per reporting by AltsWire, Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation, Leon Capital Group, Arax Investment Partners RIA, and Bain Capital Credit LP were among the many to announce new iCapital relationships.

ExchangeRight and its affiliates’ vertically integrated platform features more than $6.6 billion in assets under management that are diversified across more than 1,300 properties, and more than 26 million square feet throughout 47 states, as of July 31, 2025.
