ExchangeRight Names Ken Beck to Lead Four Corners Wholesaling
Ken Beck

ExchangeRight has appointed Ken Beck as senior vice president of the Four Corners region, adding another external wholesaler to a distribution team that has expanded throughout 2026.

In his new role, Beck will serve financial advisers and broker-dealer representatives across Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah, providing access to ExchangeRight’s 1031 exchange and 721 exchange Delaware statutory trusts, the Essential Income REIT, and Preferred Equity Funds.

Beck brings more than 20 years of financial services experience, including work as a financial planner and, more recently, as a wholesaler supporting registered investment advisers and broker-dealers with alternative investment strategies including REITs. He holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 licenses.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ken to the team to help serve advisers and their clients with our diverse investment solutions throughout the Four Corners region,” said Joshua Ungerecht, a managing partner at ExchangeRight. “We are confident that his rich experience and deep understanding of alternative investments will help support our investor-centered approach and drive meaningful growth across the region.”

Beck added that ExchangeRight’s investor-first philosophy attracted him to the role. “What drew me to ExchangeRight was its ongoing commitment to protect investors first and foremost, which is truly a rare thing in an investment sponsor,” he said. “I look forward to collaborating closely with our adviser network to unlock new opportunities and deliver real value to the investors who trust ExchangeRight to steward their wealth.”

The Beck appointment is one of several personnel additions ExchangeRight has made to its distribution and leadership team in 2026. The firm appointed Betsy Ward as SVP of national accounts in January, promoted Dave Van Steenis to president in February, named Scott Dixon SVP of the Pacific Northwest in March, and added Matthew Ferguson as SVP of 1031 and 721 solutions for the Central region in April.

ExchangeRight and its affiliates have more than $7.4 billion in assets under management diversified across more than 1,400 properties and 28 million square feet throughout 47 states, as of May 31, 2026. The Pasadena, Calif.-based firm structures and manages net-leased portfolios backed primarily by investment-grade tenants in the necessity-based industrial, retail, and healthcare industries.
