ExchangeRight, a sponsor of Delaware statutory trust and non-traded real estate investment trust offerings, announced that Jeff Noblin has joined the firm as senior vice president of the South Central region.

In this role, Noblin will partner with financial advisers and representatives across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas to deepen relationships and provide access to the ExchangeRight Income Fund, a non-traded REIT marketed under the name ExchangeRight Essential Income REIT, and the company’s 1031 DST investment offerings, which are designed to deliver capital preservation, stable income, and tax-efficient solutions.

Noblin brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in wealth management, where he has partnered with financial advisers and institutions to deliver alternative investment strategies designed for long-term value.

“Jeff’s proven leadership and deep understanding of adviser needs make him a powerful addition to our team,” said Joshua Ungerecht, a managing partner at ExchangeRight. “His expertise in equipping advisers with alternative investment solutions will be instrumental as we cultivate our partnerships across the South Central region.”

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to join a team so deeply committed to serving advisers and investors with excellence,” said Noblin. “ExchangeRight’s Essential Income REIT and DST offerings provide the stability and income solutions that today’s market demands, and I look forward to partnering with advisers to help their clients achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes.”

He earned his Master of Business Administration in finance from Texas A&M University and holds a FINRA Series 7 license.

There have been numerous SVP hires for ExchangeRight in 2025. Bryan Yvon and Tracy Mousner came on in August to support the Southeast and Four Corners regions, respectively, and James Sabbatini joined as senior vice president in July, helming the Pacific Northwest. In spring 2025, Jason Roland became senior vice president of the Mid-Atlantic region.

ExchangeRight and its affiliates’ vertically integrated platform features more than $6.6 billion in assets under management that are diversified across more than 1,300 properties, and more than 26 million square feet throughout 47 states, as of July 31, 2025.
