ExchangeRight Names New Senior Vice President to Lead Sales in Southeast

ExchangeRight, a sponsor of Delaware statutory trust and non-traded real estate investment trust offerings, has announced that Bryan Yvon has joined the company as senior vice president of the Southeast region. In this role, Yvon will serve financial advisers and representatives across Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, and Puerto Rico.
According to the company, Yvon will focus on strengthening adviser relationships and delivering access to ExchangeRight Income Fund, a non-traded REIT marketed under the name ExchangeRight Essential Income REIT, and the company’s 1031 DST investment offerings – all of which are structured to provide capital preservation, stable income, and tax-advantaged solutions.
“We are excited to welcome Bryan to the ExchangeRight team,” said Joshua Ungerecht, a managing partner at ExchangeRight. “His extensive experience in alternative investments and his dedication to adviser service make him exceptionally well-suited to strengthen our partnerships throughout the Southeast region.”
Yvon brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, having supported independent broker-dealers and registered investment advisers with alternative investment strategies.
Just prior to ExchangeRight, Yvon was director of investor relations and a senior consultant at BC Partners from 2021 to 2025. He was also senior vice president at Waypoint Residential from 2019 to 2021.
ExchangeRight has been on a bit of a senior vice president hiring spree in 2025. Tracy Mousner recently came on in August to support the Four Corners region, and James Sabbatini joined as senior vice president in July, helming the Pacific Northwest. In spring 2025, Jason Roland became senior vice president of the Mid-Atlantic region.
“It’s an honor to join a firm that leads with both integrity and consistent performance,” said Yvon. “I look forward to building trusted relationships and helping advisers navigate ExchangeRight’s Essential Income REIT and DST offerings to support their clients’ goals for stable income and long-term value.”
Yvon earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Rhode Island and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
ExchangeRight and its affiliates’ vertically integrated platform features more than $6.6 billion in assets under management that are diversified across more than 1,300 properties, and more than 26 million square feet throughout 47 states, as of July 31, 2025.
