ExchangeRight Appoints Mollie Boyce as SVP of National Accounts

ExchangeRight, a sponsor of Delaware statutory trust and non-traded real estate investment trust offerings, has announced the addition of Mollie Boyce as senior vice president of national accounts. In this role, the ExchangeRight said Boyce will help advance its national distribution efforts by strengthening and expanding strategic partnerships with broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, custodial platforms, and other institutional partners.
“I’m excited to join ExchangeRight and support advisers with a platform built around protecting investors’ capital and income, education, and long-term partnerships,” said Boyce.
Boyce brings more than 20 years of experience in the alternative investment industry, with a strong background in capital markets, national account management, and adviser education. She has played an integral role in expanding distribution platforms, supporting capital formation across multiple investment structures, and building long-term partnerships across the independent broker-dealer, RIA, and institutional channels.
Prior to joining ExchangeRight, Boyce was head of national accounts at Pender Capital from 2024 to 2025. Earlier in her career, she was director of capital markets at Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. from 2020 to 2023.
“Mollie’s addition strengthens our ability to deepen our partnership with the valued representatives and advisers across the country whom ExchangeRight is privileged to serve,” said Warren Thomas, managing partner at ExchangeRight. “Mollie’s focus on retirement and income planning is a strong fit with ExchangeRight’s commitment to meeting the needs of investors seeking stable, tax-efficient income; long-term capital protection and growth; and estate planning solutions.”
Boyce earned her bachelor’s degree from Westmont College and maintains FINRA Series 7, 24, 55, and 63 licenses.
Earlier this month, ExchangeRight announced that Betsy Ward had also been named SVP of national accounts. Prior to joining the company, Ward was director of national accounts at Lateral Investment Management from 2022 to 2025.
ExchangeRight and its affiliates’ vertically integrated platform features more than $7.1 billion in assets under management that are diversified across more than 1,400 properties and 27 million square feet throughout 48 states, as of Dec. 31, 2025.
