Cantor Fitzgerald Joint Venture Acquires North Miami Multifamily Property

Affiliates of Cantor Fitzgerald Asset Management and RPM Living Investments acquired Biscayne Shores, a waterfront multifamily community in North Miami, Fla., through a joint venture. Terms were not disclosed.
Biscayne Shores, completed in 2024, comprises a high-rise multifamily tower and townhome villas on eight acres. Integra Investments, a Miami-based real estate investment and development firm, developed the property in partnership with Andrew Korge of Korgeous Group and David Larson of DCL Capital.
The acquisition extends a joint venture partnership between CFAM — the investment and asset management division of Cantor Fitzgerald — and RPM Living Investments that has previously included properties in Dallas, Denver, Houston, Orlando, and Tampa.
“We believe Biscayne Shores is well-positioned to benefit from the favorable demographic trends and strong demand drivers shaping the Miami market, underscoring the long-term appeal of high-quality multifamily assets in the region for institutional investors,” said Chris Milner, chief investment officer of real assets at CFAM.
As of May 6, CFAM’s real estate portfolio included more than 16,000 multifamily units, according to the firm — including 3,300 under construction — and 4.8 million square feet of office, distribution and logistics, and retail space across 166 properties. The firm manages more than $26 billion in assets under management across vehicles including nontraded real estate investment trusts such as Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust Inc., interval funds such as Cantor Fitzgerald Infrastructure Fund, and opportunity zone funds.
Earlier this year, Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust exercised fair market value purchase options and completed tender offers to UPREIT Delaware statutory trust interests into its operating partnership in a $74.9 million transaction.
RPM Living, headquartered in Austin, Texas, manages more than 241,000 units across more than 50 markets and ranked fourth on the National Multifamily Housing Council’s most recent Top 50 Largest Apartment Manager list.
