Walton Global Announces Latest Pair of Executive Promotions

Walton Global – a real estate and land asset management company and sponsor of private placement investments – has kicked off the year by announcing executive promotions for Katie Doherty and Jonquille Levesque.
Katie Doherty has been promoted to chief operating officer, Asia, from her role as senior vice president, corporate development and communications. In this new position, she will oversee operational strategy and execution across Walton’s Asia platform, supporting sales, investor engagement, and cross-regional collaboration. Based in Hong Kong, Doherty will focus on strengthening day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment between Asia and North American teams as Walton continues to expand its international presence.
Since joining Walton, Doherty has played a critical role in driving strategic alignment across business development, fund management, marketing, and communications while enhancing investor experience and operational efficiency across global markets.
In addition, Jonquille Levesque has been promoted to chief administrative officer, from her role as senior vice president, global operations and investor relations. In this expanded role, Levesque will lead and unify Walton’s administrative and operational functions across regions, overseeing investor relations, client services, communications, governance, and internal processes.
Levesque brings more than 15 years of experience at Walton, during which she has guided major exits across Canada and the United States, supported more than $1 billion in investor distributions, and built global operations and investor relations teams. Her appointment, according to the company, formalizes her oversight of key functions and positions Walton to support its next phase of growth with consistency, discipline, and strong governance.
“These promotions reflect the depth of talent within our organization and our focus on building a leadership team that can support Walton’s global strategy,” said Bill Doherty, chief executive officer of Walton Global. “Katie and Jonquille have each demonstrated exceptional leadership, operational insight, and commitment to our investors and partners.”
In November, the company also announced promotions: Katie Hubbard was promoted to president of U.S. capital markets, and Maggie O’Neill to director of fund operations. Additionally, Walton Global expanded its executive leadership team that month with the promotions of Tony Deegan, Matt Keister, and Todd Woodhead to senior vice presidents.
Walton Global is a privately owned land asset management and global real estate investment company with more than 89,000 acres of land under ownership, management, and administration in the United States and Canada, totaling $4.54 billion. Globally, a total of $2.81 billion has been distributed to investors located in 91 countries.
