Valiant Funds Names Seth Johnson Vice President of Capital Markets

Valiant Funds announced that Seth Johnson has joined its distribution team as vice president of capital markets. In this role, Johnson will focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with financial advisers and direct investors to support capital raising efforts for Valiant’s Bitcoin mining infrastructure offering and other alternative investments with tax efficiency benefits.

Johnson previously worked with Keystone National Properties LLC from 2023 to 2025, specializing in tax-advantaged real estate offerings.

Before that, he spent several years in retirement services, first at Slavic401k for three years and then at Nova 401(k) Associates for more than a year – managing client onboarding, regulatory compliance, and plan design. His “firm grasp” of rules and regulations, and ability to translate them clearly, according to Valiant Funds, has made him a trusted partner to advisers and internal teams alike.

Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and public policy from Georgia State University in Atlanta.
