Thiel’s Indivisible Partners Lands $1.1B Baltimore Team From RBC

Indivisible Partners, the Clearwater, Fla.-based advisory firm, said Rosenwald Private Wealth, a Baltimore team with $1.1 billion in assets, has joined its platform from RBC Wealth Management. The team serves high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Indivisible said six advisory teams with more than $3 billion in combined assets have joined in recent months.
Founder Beth Rosenwald leads the team with Matthew Kunkel and Leksi Kovalerchik. The firm said the team has served the ultra-high-net-worth market for nearly three decades. Rosenwald Private Wealth offers wealth planning, investment management, retirement planning, and estate and legacy planning to individuals and multigenerational families. It will offer advisory services through Indivisible Partners LLC, a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission-registered investment adviser.
“As we evaluated the future of our business, we wanted a model that allowed us to own what we’ve built while expanding what would be possible for our clients,” Rosenwald said. “Indivisible offered the combination of independence, flexibility, and active support that was the best fit for how we want to continue to serve our clients and grow the business in the years ahead.”
Under Indivisible’s model, advisers keep ownership of their own businesses and also share in the equity of the larger firm. The platform offers family office services, business development support, marketing consulting, growth coaching, and succession-planning resources.
John Thiel, Indivisible’s executive chairman and founder, previously led Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He and several other Merrill Lynch alumni launched the firm in November 2024.
“What’s notable isn’t simply the number of firms that have chosen our platform,” Thiel said. “It’s the caliber and scale of the practices making that decision. Rosenwald Private Wealth is another indication that our version of independence has become the preferred option for established advisory teams serving sophisticated clients.”
The move follows a series of $1 billion-plus teams leaving bank-owned firms for independent platforms. In July, San Diego-based HighWater Wealth, with about $2.4 billion in advisory assets, left U.S. Bank for LPL Financial, and Doyle and Loughman Wealth Management moved about $1.76 billion from Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network to Carson Group. In June, former PNC Private Bank advisers Scott Gilliam and Travis Blessing launched Align Private Wealth, a practice with about $2 billion in client assets, with LPL.
