Savant Wealth Management Partners With $3.9B Heritage Financial Services

Savant Wealth Management, a fee-only registered investment adviser, has partnered with Heritage Financial Services, a Massachusetts-based wealth management firm with $3.9 billion in assets under management. Both firms are majority employee-owned. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Of Heritage’s 47 employees, 15 have joined Savant as member-owners, including Chuck Bean, founder and chairman; Sammy Azzouz, president and chief executive officer; and three team members who were not previously shareholders of Heritage. The rest of the Heritage team became Savant employees at closing.
Bean, who founded Heritage in 1995, said he became familiar with Savant through industry groups and study forums. “Through our collaborations, we learned that we share a common planning and investment approach, as well as the same disciplined, client-centered philosophy.”
“While we had an internal succession plan already in place at Heritage, we determined that partnering with Savant would enable us to expand the services we can offer clients, such as tax preparation, trustee services, enhanced estate planning, and family office services,” Bean said.
Azzouz also said the transaction creates additional growth opportunities for Heritage employees. “We believe Savant is a great home for our team, and we’re excited for our team’s ability to grow and specialize,” he said.
The firm noted that the same team that led Heritage prior to joining Savant will continue to lead offices in Westwood, Woburn, and Rockland.
“Aligning with like-minded firms like Heritage is central to our mission to create one million ideal futures for our clients, team, and the communities we serve, while preserving the culture and service our clients value,” said Brent Brodeski, founder and CEO of Savant Wealth Management.
With the addition of Heritage Financial, Savant’s footprint continues to grow in the New England area with now four offices in Massachusetts. Nationally, Savant has 50 offices in 21 states.
Savant Wealth Management reported approximately $42.3 billion in AUM and $1.7 billion in assets under advisement as of the end of February 2026. It provides investment management, comprehensive financial planning, retirement plan services, and family office solutions to financially established individuals and institutions.
