RREEF Property Trust CEO Resigns

RREEF Property Trust Inc., a publicly registered daily net asset value real estate investment trust advised by DWS Group, has announced the resignation of Anne-Marie Vandenberg, its chief executive officer, president, and director. According to the company, her departure, effective Dec. 1, 2025, is not due to any disagreement with the company, and RREEF Property Trust expressed gratitude for her service.
The company’s board has appointed W. Todd Henderson to take over the roles of CEO and president, effective on the same date. This marks a return for Henderson, who previously served as CEO from October 2018 to December 2021 and has been the chairman of the board since February 2012.
Henderson, age 57, has been the head of real estate for the Americas at DWS since 2012, a role in which he oversees all aspects of direct real estate investment in the Americas. His extensive career includes various leadership roles within DWS, as well as prior experience at The J.E. Robert Company and First Gibraltar Bank, where he specialized in real estate transactions and managing nonperforming loans.
Henderson earned his Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of North Texas.
In addition to the leadership transition, the REIT recently provided updates on its summer redemption requests.
For August 2025, the company received requests exceeding its 2% monthly limit. As a result, all death- and disability-based requests were fulfilled, while other requests were prorated, with each stockholder receiving approximately 45.7% of their requested redemption.
This figure represents an improvement over the 37.8% proration seen in July, and a significant improvement from its redemption requests met in June; it delivered on a pro rata basis up to the 5% quarterly limitation for that month. As such, as previously reported by AltsWire, each stockholder received approximately 17% of their request.
The REIT invests primarily in income-producing commercial real estate located in the United States, including office, industrial, retail and residential properties. The REIT also invests in the common and preferred stock of REITs and other real estate companies and debt investments backed principally by real estate.
