Reszi Hires Matthew Bowen to Lead RIA Distribution Efforts

Reszi has appointed Matthew Bowen as director of capital markets for the registered investment adviser channel, adding a distribution executive with five years of RIA-focused experience at Dimensional Fund Advisors in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

He earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. He also has a master’s degree in finance from Southern Methodist University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Oklahoma State University.

“Matt’s experience supporting the RIA community, combined with his strong academic and professional achievements, makes him an excellent addition to our team,” said Chris Mitchell, chief executive officer of Reszi. “He understands what matters to advisers and will play an important role in strengthening those relationships as we continue to grow.”

Earlier this year, Reszi named Bill Boscow as director of capital markets, overseeing capital formation efforts and distribution relationships across broker-dealers, RIAs, family offices and institutional investors. Boscow brings more than 40 years of experience in financial services, having held senior sales and marketing leadership roles across multiple sponsors, broker-dealers, and insurance organizations.

As AltsWire previously reported, Reszi closed Reszi Fund VI, LP, securing $35.49 million in equity commitments. The private placement fund was used to acquire newly constructed single-family homes from national and regional builders across Arizona and Florida.

Reszi is a Dallas-based, vertically integrated housing platform combining acquisitions, operations, technology and property management within a unified operating model. Through direct relationships with national homebuilders, Reszi contracts for the acquisition of future housing supply through builder-direct, build-for-rent programs.
