&Partners Adds Three Adviser Teams With $1.6 Billion in Combined Assets

&Partners, the St. Louis-based hybrid broker-dealer and registered investment adviser founded by former Wells Fargo Advisors executives, has added three adviser teams managing a combined $1.6 billion in pre-hire assets, bringing the platform to 117 adviser practices and approximately $57 billion in client assets.

The latest additions, all from Wells Fargo Advisors, span three states and were completed within the past week. Since AltsWire’s coverage last summer, &Partners has more than doubled its assets.

Wavewood Private Wealth joined on June 12 in Basking Ridge, N.J. The practice is led by Morgan Castner and Jeffrey Libman, both partners and managing directors. Tara Writt, senior client relationship associate, joins alongside them. The team manages approximately $574 million in pre-hire assets.

Brookside Wealth Advisors followed on June 16, joining from Indianapolis. The team includes Adam Cloyd and Don Cobb, both partners and financial advisers, along with financial adviser Jessica “Jessie” Ebling. Client service staff Jeana Golden, Meredith Cobb, and Jenna Mosley round out the practice, which manages approximately $550 million.

The third addition, Three Points Wealth Planners, is based in Dana Point, Calif., and is led by founder and managing director Scott Sargent. Colten Franco, a partner and financial adviser, joins alongside client service staff Betty Ahn and Katie Gracia. The team manages approximately $450 million.

&Partners was founded in August 2023 by David Kowach, former president and chief executive officer of Wells Fargo Advisors; Kristi Mitchem, former chief executive officer of Wells Fargo Asset Management; and John Alexander, who led the brokerage’s divisional network.
