Invesco Nontraded Credit REIT Lifts Special Payout to $0.03 Per Share

Invesco Commercial Real Estate Finance Trust Inc., or INCREF, declared a $0.03-per-share special distribution for October, its third consecutive monthly special and the largest of the three.
The perpetual-life nontraded real estate investment trust, which lends against commercial real estate, declared a gross distribution of $0.19 per share for each of its seven share classes, consisting of the regular $0.16 monthly distribution plus the special.
INCREF added $0.02 specials in August and September. Before August, it had paid only the regular $0.16 rate in 2026. The REIT has not disclosed a reason for the special payments.
After stockholder servicing fees, net October distributions are $0.19 per share for Class D, I, E, and F shares; $0.1865 for Class S; $0.1847 for Class D-1; and $0.1720 for Class S-1. The distributions are payable to stockholders of record as of Oct. 31 and will be paid on or about Nov. 12, in cash or reinvested through the distribution reinvestment plan.
INCREF reported total net asset value, or NAV, of $1.47 billion as of Sept. 30, up about 2.7% from $1.43 billion a month earlier, with Class I NAV per share at $24.9410. Its commercial real estate loan investments totaled $6.60 billion. AltsWire covered that September NAV update, along with the REIT’s $129.9 million loan on a Swedish multifamily portfolio, on Oct. 21.
INCREF is offered through a continuous private placement to accredited investors. It is managed by Invesco Advisers Inc., a subsidiary of Invesco Ltd. and the registered investment adviser for Invesco Real Estate.
