Inland Investments Joins SEI Access Platform to Enhance Adviser Support

Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation, or Inland Investments, announced a strategic relationship with SEI (Nasdaq: SEIC), a global provider of financial technology and asset management services. Inland Investments has joined the SEI Access platform to enhance the way wealth managers and financial advisers access its alternative real estate products.

The collaboration aims to address the growing demand for private market solutions by offering an end-to-end digital experience for investing in Inland’s specialized real estate offerings, such as 1031 and 721 exchanges, opportunity zone funds, and closed-end and open-end core real estate funds.

Phil Graham, executive vice president of strategic relations at Inland Securities Corporation, noted that the relationship with SEI provides a “streamlined educational and investment process” for the adviser community, which is increasingly seeking alternative investments.

SEI Access is an alternatives platform designed to simplify the investment experience for registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, and private banks.

“Investment flexibility, an end-to-end digital experience, and the need for education continue to drive opportunities for fund managers and advisers to deliver broader access to private markets,” highlighted Kevin Crowe, head of SEI Access. “As a leading real estate investment manager, Inland Investments offers more choice through SEI Access, which brings more efficiency to investing in alternatives. We share a long-standing commitment to serving the financial services industry, and we’re excited to welcome Inland Investments to the platform.”

The platform’s smart workflow is crucial to this efficiency, according to the companies, combining electronic subscription documents, custodian forms, and e-signature capabilities to ensure fast and accurate transaction processing for illiquid assets.

As of June 30, 2025, SEI managed, advised, or administered approximately $1.7 trillion in assets.

Inland Investments, a member of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies Inc., brings over 57 years of experience and a track record that includes completing 661 real estate investment programs serving more than 490,000 investors since its inception. Inland’s member companies have collectively facilitated more than $56 billion in real estate acquisitions and currently manage approximately $17 billion in assets across 43 states.

In other news, AltsWire reported last month that Keith Lampi had stepped down from his senior executive roles overseeing Inland’s alternative investment businesses, marking the end of a career that began with an internship at the firm nearly 25 years ago and culminated in leadership of its expansive real estate investment platform.
