Four Springs Capital Markets, a provider of 1031 exchange and net lease replacement properties, announced the expansion of its sales and marketing team with three appointments: Bill Lehew, Lyndsey Keller, and Elizabeth Murphy.

Lehew and Keller will lead the firm’s strategic accounts and distribution efforts, while Murphy will oversee marketing. The company said the hires support its efforts to expand distribution and strengthen engagement with financial advisers and registered investment advisers.

Lehew brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry to his new role as senior vice president of strategic accounts. Prior to joining Four Springs, Lehew served at Walton Global and Hines Securities, where he held leadership positions including divisional director. With extensive expertise in raising capital for private placements, real estate investment trusts and mutual funds, Lehew will lead Four Springs’ division in tandem with Keller.

“Having known and respected Bill Lehew for decades, I am exceptionally pleased to welcome him to the Four Springs team. After many years of friendly competition, it is a significant development to have his considerable talent and expertise working with us rather than across the table,” said Bill Dioguardi, founder and executive chairman of Four Springs. “I have great confidence in the positive impact his leadership will have on our firm’s trajectory and am eager to see him contribute to our continued growth and success.”

Keller brings more than 20 years of experience in the alternative investments industry to her new role as vice president of strategic accounts. She spent over two decades at Hines Private Wealth Solutions, where she served in senior roles spanning strategic accounts, project management, and investor events, most recently as director of investor events.

Together, this team is tasked with strengthening relationships with platform partners and expanding the firm’s distribution footprint within the intermediary market.

Leading the firm’s marketing strategy, Murphy joins as senior director of marketing. Murphy brings significant experience from her previous tenure at PGIM, where she specialized in marketing private credit and real estate strategies to the RIA audience.

“The addition of Lyndsey and Elizabeth marks a pivotal step in strengthening our internal capabilities,” said Matt Woehnker, president of Four Springs Capital Markets. “Lyndsey’s decades of experience, coupled with her longstanding professional relationship with Bill Lehew, brings a depth of expertise that will have an immediate and positive impact on Four Springs.

“Furthermore, Elizabeth will be instrumental in structuring a more strategic marketing organization. Her partnership with our strategic accounts team will be essential in driving progress on overall firm initiatives and ensuring our messaging aligns effectively with our growth targets,” added Woehnker.

Four Springs Capital Markets represents Four Springs TEN31 Xchange, or FSXchange, a sponsor of Delaware statutory trusts focused on industrial and healthcare 1031 real estate exchanges. FSXchange focuses on credit single-tenant commercial properties across the industrial and medical sectors.

Previously reported by AltsWire in December, FSXchange launched FSX Industrial 34, DST, a $98 million offering available exclusively to accredited investors.

“FSX Industrial 34 reflects the disciplined, basis-driven approach our adviser partners and 1031 investors rely on,” said Matt Woehnker, president of Four Springs Capital Markets.

Since entering the 1031 exchange market, Four Springs has successfully completed over 1,500 exchanges involving more than $1 billion in replacement properties.
