Cohen & Steers Promotes Daniel Noonan to Head of Global Distribution

Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) has promoted Daniel Noonan, currently executive vice president and head of global wealth, to head of global distribution. Noonan will lead all aspects of the company’s business development, client service and marketing efforts, providing strategic direction for both institutional and wealth markets globally.

Noonan joined Cohen & Steers in 2024 to lead the firm’s wealth management business. Prior, he was senior managing director and head of enterprise wealth and private capital at Nuveen for two years. Earlier in his career, Noonan was executive vice president in U.S. global wealth management at PIMCO from 2019 to 2022, and managing director at State Street Global Advisors from 2005 to 2018.

Noonan earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston College. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Earlier this month, Cohen & Steers Income Opportunities REIT Inc., a non-traded net asset value real estate investment trust focused on income-generating real estate, reported a total net asset value of approximately $207.84 million as of Sept. 30, 2025, a 0.48% increase from the previous month’s approximate $206.85 million. The company also announced the acquisition of Rio Hill Shopping Center, a grocery-anchored open-air shopping center in the Charlottesville, Va., market.
