Cantor Fitzgerald Vet Jay Frank Launches Sightbridge With Focus on Tax-Advantaged Real Estate

Sightbridge Capital Partners LLC, a new real estate platform founded by former Cantor Fitzgerald executive Jay Frank, publicly launched this week with an initial focus on Delaware statutory trust offerings for the U.S. private wealth channel. The firm describes itself as an institutional real estate platform built around tax-advantaged programs.

With Frank serving as chief executive officer, the firm named Steve Rokoszewski as partner and chief operating officer, and Kamil Poltorak as partner and managing director of real estate.

“After 20 years in private markets, I’m convinced the wealth channel will benefit from more institutional discipline in tax-advantaged real estate,” Frank said. “Better structures, better alignment, better execution. That’s what we’re building at Sightbridge.”

The three principals collectively bring more than 60 years of institutional experience, the firm said, and have been involved in more than $50 billion of real estate transactions and structured more than 100 investment programs for institutional and private wealth clients. Qualified opportunity zone strategies are expected to follow the firm’s initial DST focus.

Frank previously co-founded the asset management business at Cantor Fitzgerald in 2015, where he served as president, COO, and head of distribution. Real asset programs under his leadership grew to more than $8 billion in transaction volume, including more than $6 billion across tax-advantaged real estate strategies.

Rokoszewski founded Anchor Advisory Services in 2015, a distribution platform that was acquired by Praxis Solutions in 2024. He subsequently served as president of Praxis Distribution Partners.

Poltorak previously served as vice president at Cantor Fitzgerald Asset Management, where he helped structure and launch more than 40 offerings across 1031 exchange and 721 exchange/UPREIT programs, opportunity zone funds, and real estate investment trusts. He earlier held finance and risk roles at Barclays Capital and J.P. Morgan.

“Over the last 28 years building and scaling distribution platforms in the private markets industry, I’ve seen firsthand how much the expectations around advisor engagement, support, and execution have changed,” said Rokoszewski. “Sightbridge was built with that evolution in mind.”

Poltorak added: “The strongest tax-advantaged real estate comes from operators who already meet institutional standards. Sightbridge starts with the asset and the operator, then builds the structure from there.”
