Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust Launches 9.5% Preferred Stock Offering on NYSE

Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust Inc., a publicly registered non-traded real estate investment trust formerly known as Rodin Global Property, has launched a 9.5% Series A cumulative redeemable preferred stock offering to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “CFTR-PRA.”

The company is offering 800,000 shares of the preferred stock at a liquidation preference of $25.00 per share. The primary draw for investors is the robust dividend structure:

  • Dividend rate: 9.5% per annum;
  • Annual payout: $2.375 per share;
  • Frequency: Paid quarterly in arrears; and
  • First dividend: Scheduled for July 31, 2026, covering the period from the initial issuance through July 30, 2026.

As a “cumulative” stock, if the company misses a dividend payment, the amount owed accumulates and must be paid out before any dividends can be issued to common shareholders.

The company is managed by Cantor Fitzgerald Income Advisors LLC, a subsidiary of the sponsor, Cantor Fitzgerald Investors LLC. An affiliate of the company and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. have committed to purchasing 100,000 shares of the offering at the public offering price.

Starting April 8, 2031, the REIT may redeem the shares at $25.00 per share plus any unpaid dividends.

Also, if a “delisting event” or a “change of control” occurs, such as a merger, the company has the option to redeem the shares early or allow holders to convert them into common stock, ensuring investors aren’t trapped in an illiquid or fundamentally changed asset.

The Series A preferred stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “CFTR-PRA” within five days of initial issuance.

Earlier this year, Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust exercised fair market value purchase options and completed tender offers to UPREIT Delaware statutory trust interests into its operating partnership in a $74.9 million transaction. In connection with the transaction, the REIT’s operating partnership issued 3,728,218 operating partnership, or OP, units.

The company reported an aggregate net asset value of $362.3 million as of Feb. 28, 2026, up 24.4% from its Jan. 31 NAV of $291.2 million.

Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust is currently offering on a continuous basis up to $1.25 billion in shares of common stock, consisting of up to $1 billion in shares in its primary offering and up to $250 million in shares pursuant to its distribution reinvestment plan. As of March 2, 2026, the company had issued approximately 9.69 million shares of common stock in the primary offering for total proceeds, net of redemptions, of $272.3 million, and about 1.49 million shares of common stock pursuant to its distribution reinvestment plan for a total value of $34.9 million. On Feb. 28, the company repurchased 228,782 shares of common stock pursuant to its share repurchase program for aggregate consideration of $4.6 million, honoring 40.6% of redemption requests for the month.
