Invesco Nontraded REIT Adds $0.02 Special Distribution for Second Month

Invesco Commercial Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. declared a special distribution of $0.02 per share for September on top of its regular monthly distribution of $0.16, the second consecutive month the nontraded real estate investment trust has paid a special distribution.
The combined gross distribution of $0.18 per share applies to all seven of the REIT’s share classes. It is payable on or about Oct. 15 to stockholders of record as of Sept. 30, in cash or reinvested shares for investors in the distribution reinvestment plan. Net distributions range from $0.1625 to $0.18 per share after stockholder servicing fees.
INCREF also added a $0.02 special distribution to its August payout. From January through July, it declared only its regular gross distribution of $0.16 per share each month. INCREF has not disclosed a reason for either special distribution.
At the regular rate, INCREF’s monthly distribution equates to an annualized rate of about 7.7% on its Aug. 31 Class I net asset value per share of $24.99.
The REIT’s total NAV rose about 2.2% in August, to $1.43 billion as of Aug. 31 from $1.40 billion a month earlier. Its commercial real estate loan investments grew to $6.54 billion from $6.19 billion. They are financed primarily through $3.19 billion of secured financing facilities and $2.13 billion of collateralized loan obligations.
Class I NAV per share was essentially flat at $24.9871, compared with $24.9772 on July 31.
INCREF launched in March 2023 and invests primarily in commercial real estate loans. Charlie Rose, Invesco’s global head of real estate credit, has been chief executive officer since October 2025, when he succeeded Bert Crouch. Crouch left Invesco that December. He was named CEO of Apollo Realty Income Solutions effective Sept. 30.
