Ted Haley
Madison Commercial, a division of Madison Capital Group launched in May 2024, recently named Ted Haley to vice president of development. With the promotion, the company said it seeks to expand its retail platform and enhance its development and construction capabilities.
Haley previously served as project manager at Madison Commercial’s predecessor company, Cameron Property Company, for over two years. With more than 25 years of expertise in commercial real estate brokerage and construction, Madison Capital Group said his leadership will be instrumental in overseeing the retail development and managing construction projects for single-tenant build-to-suits, multilocation rollouts, and neighborhood grocery-anchored centers.
“Ted Haley’s promotion to vice president of development is a testament to his outstanding contributions and unwavering dedication,” said Ryan Hanks, president and chief executive officer of Madison Capital Group. “His extensive experience and leadership will continue to drive Madison Commercial’s growth and success in the competitive real estate market.”
“I am extremely thankful for the opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of the Madison Commercial team,” said Haley. “We are fortunate to have the support of a lot of smart, capable people who I am confident will continue to work together toward achieving our company’s goals and the expectations of our investors.”
