Job Description:

The National Accounts Manager role involves managing and growing national account relationships by implementing the framework set by the Head of Capital Markets. Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for various teams, overseeing strategic account relationships, identifying sales opportunities, conducting sponsor reviews, and organizing events. The position also includes preparing materials for national events, providing insights for the sales team, and leveraging CRM reports to target advisors effectively. Additionally, the role requires managing event logistics, budgets, and collaborating with the marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Shall include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the organizational framework defined by the Head of Capital Markets to effectively service and grow existing national accounts relationships.
  • Be the primary source for each firm’s research and due diligence team, relationship manager, compliance, operations, and external and internal sales team.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic national account relationships.
  • Find effective ways to increase sales and the number of products approved, and strengthen overall client relationships.
  • Deliver sponsor reviews to current firms including firm overview, wholesaler activity, platform availability, sales data, additional capabilities, and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate and attend broker-dealer conferences and planning in-house due diligence meetings.
  • All event planning for in-house diligence, such as venue selection/procurement, selection of industry targets, coordinating agendas and event activities, managing sales contracts, working with marketing on invitations and materials, and budgets for each event.
  • Ensure there are adequate materials for conferences, and prep/coordinate all conference materials and promo items needed for national events such as print marketing and branded promo items.
  • Provide sales team information on broker dealer firms and their advisors to partner best with the wholesaling team.
  • Utilize CRM reports to understand sales at client firms, target specific advisors/segments of advisors, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be an excellent communicator.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two to three years of experience in National Accounts.
  • Experience in working with the real estate industry.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality work.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent organizational skills.
  • Can think independently and accomplish deadlines.

SCHEDULE:

  • Regular business hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with overtime hours required.
  • Travel to conferences will be required.
