Job Title: Internal Wholesaler

Job Description:
- First point of contact for registered representatives, Broker-Dealers, RIAs, and financial advisors, helping to cultivate, maintain, and expand the core selling group that uses ExchangeRight’s offerings to meet their clients’ investing needs and help them and their clients be secure, free, and generous.
- Continuous outreach to existing industry partners to schedule meetings for the territory’s External Wholesaler, playing a role in helping to secure agreements with new Broker-Dealers and advisor networks to amplify the reach of our offerings across the industry.
- Works closely with wholesalers to implement ExchangeRight’s sales strategies to assist with assigned region. Prepares weekly action plan and reviews it daily to determine each day’s call plan.
- Develops sales leads by reviewing our database and various tools available and prospecting into region through a combination of warm and cold calls.
- Consistently meets or exceeds minimum daily activity requirements.
- Documents and follows up on sales leads generated during call campaigns, conference leads, new selling agreements and referrals.
- Contacts registered representatives to provide detailed information about ExchangeRight’s products, special events, conference participation, due diligence meetings and promotions to enhance sales.
- Conducts conference calls financial professionals and their clients to discuss ExchangeRight’s products.
- Maintains sales representative tracking system by updating, correcting, or recording information, as necessary.
- Develops communication and presentation skills, make sales presentations, and conduct virtual meetings, as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as requested.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Series 7 and 63 license with FINRA is preferred
- Proven experience working as an internal wholesaler for a minimum of two years
- Proven experience working in the RIA and IBD channels
- Proven experience in non-traded REITs, 1031 exchanges, and DSTs
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Collaborative team-based mindset with entrepreneurial attitude
- High attention to detail and the ability to effectively problem solve
