As part of our continued national expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven External Wholesaler to grow our presence across the Northwest territory.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced External Wholesaler to join our growing Capital Markets team and cover the Northwest region, including Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and surrounding areas. This individual will be responsible for building and managing relationships with independent broker-dealers, RIAs, and wirehouse advisors to raise capital for our multifamily-focused investment offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive capital raising efforts within the Northwest territory by cultivating relationships with financial advisors, wealth managers, and investment platforms.
- Deliver compelling presentations, webinars, and in-person meetings to educate advisors on our firm, investment strategy, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the internal wholesaling team to manage pipeline activity and provide seamless support to clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan focused on revenue growth and advisor engagement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of multifamily real estate trends, product structures, and regulatory developments in the alternative investment space.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, roadshows, and events.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of wholesaling experience in financial services, preferably within alternatives or real estate-based offerings.
- Proven track record of capital raising success in a multi-state territory.
- Established relationships with financial advisors in the Northwest region.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) licenses required.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field preferred.
