Job Title: External Wholesaler
Job Location: Remote
Job Description:
- Grow ExchangeRight’s brand and partnership profile by wholesaling non-traded REIT shares and 1031-eligible DST interests to Investment Advisors and Registered Reps in your dedicated region to help them and their clients be secure, free, and generous.
- Conduct virtual and face to face meetings with financial professionals and their clients to discuss ExchangeRight’s products.
- Drive sales through the diverse product line offered by ExchangeRight.
- Service existing financial professionals in your region.
- Participate in sales training and other team-based activities (conferences, webinars, events) as needed.
- Via Salesforce CRM, diligently manage your daily activities and documentation of field interactions.
- Partner with dedicated internal wholesaler on sales ideas, campaigns, schedule, and region rotation mapping.
- Prepare weekly action plan and review it daily with Internal business partner to determine each day’s action steps for the region.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Series 7 license with FINRA
- Experience successfully raising REIT capital as an external wholesaler, especially in the Pacific Northwest.
- Experience working in the RIA and IBD channels, LPL a plus!
- Expertise in non-traded REITs, DSTs, 1031 exchanges, and 721 exchanges
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Collaborative team-based mindset with entrepreneurial attitude
- High attention to detail and the ability to effectively problem solve
- Living in the territory is preferred.
