Role
Eagle Point Securities is looking for a Conference and Events Associate to join its growing distribution team. The Conference and Events Associate at Eagle Point Securities is responsible for Advisor Training and Education meeting and Due Diligence meetings. The role also involves coordinating logistics for Broker Dealer and Industry Conferences.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain processes to ensure that the broker-dealer and industry conference attendees have all materials and details for a successful meeting.
- Collect attendee list and sort by territory and add sales information, then share with the sales team to gather information on their attendees and share with the Eagle Point attendee/s for the conference.
- Create pre-conference emails for the events to be sent via salesforce.
- Registration of attendees for the broker dealer and industry conferences.
- Booking of hotels for broker dealer and industry conferences when needed.
- Researching venues, negotiating contract terms and supporting agenda and content development.
- Overseeing registration needs for due diligence meetings, planning menus and on-site logistics.
- Working with Sales team to gather their due diligence attendees to then, send to Blue Ribbon contact to book travel, set up spreadsheet for hotel rooming list.
- Booking of car services or uber vouchers depending on the location.
- Prepare and send out confirmations to all attendees for due diligence meetings.
- Preparing and printing of all materials for the meeting and on-site set up.
- Evaluating all aspects of due diligence events to improve quality, cost and time efficiency.
- Execution of selling agreements, by collecting signatures for the national account team members.
- Complete SS & C Selling agreement forms for operations when a new EPIIF or EPEIT agreement is signed.
