Job Description:

  • First point of contact for target financial professionals and handles key activities such as researching our database, identifying decision-makers, and understanding the makeup of their book of business and client needs by contacting prospective producers.
  • Focus on outbound prospecting and work with Sales, National Accounts, and other teams to generate demand.
  • This position requires upwards of 70+ outbound calls per day to qualify future producers and partners for ExchangeRight.
  • Continuous outreach to existing industry partners to schedule meetings for External Wholesalers, playing a role in helping to secure agreements with new Broker-Dealers and advisor networks to amplify the reach of our offerings across the industry.
  • Assist with empowering investors, their representatives and advisors, and the BD & RIA firms with whom ExchangeRight partners, to be secure, free, and generous.
  • Works closely with all wholesalers to implement ExchangeRight’s sales strategies to assist with assigned region. Prepares weekly action plan and reviews it daily to determine each day’s plan.
  • Develops sales leads by reviewing our database and various tools available and prospecting into region through a combination of warm and cold calls.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds minimum daily activity requirements.
  • Documents and follows up on sales leads generated during call campaigns, conference leads, new selling agreements and referrals.
  • Contacts registered representatives to provide detailed information about ExchangeRight’s products, special events, conference participation, due diligence meetings and promotions to enhance sales.
  • Maintains sales representative tracking system by updating, correcting, or recording information.
  • Develops communication and presentation skills, make sales presentations, and conduct virtual meetings, as necessary.
  • Performs additional duties as requested.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Series 7 and 63 license with FINRA is preferred
  • Prospecting experience with proven history preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient at analyzing data to tailor communications
  • Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple activities efficiently
  • Ability to identify business drivers within target markets
