JoAnn Saguto

InCommercial Property Group, a Chicago-based investment real estate portfolio manager, announced the promotion of JoAnn Saguto to chief operating officer.

Saguto replaced Tiffany Fraley who currently runs InCommercial’s affiliated motor fuel operator, InConvenience Inc. As COO, Saguto looks forward to advancing InCommercial’s capabilities and operational capacity, as it continues to grow its assets under management and expands its real estate and investment services. According to the company, Saguto will work closely with the C-Suite at InCommercial to build on a strong foundation of performance and efficient operations. She will oversee the marketing, human resources, investment relations, and transaction support departments, as well as policy development, corporate compliance, and regulatory needs, across the organization.

“JoAnn brought a wealth of experience to InCommercial five years ago and has served multiple roles across various facets of the company.  She has the breadth of knowledge and experience needed for the role with a “climb any mountain” mindset,” said Erik Conrad, chief executive officer of InCommercial. “Leadership is earned from those we seek to lead, and JoAnn embodies that spirit with the skills and humility to back it up.”

Saguto is a seasoned leader with extensive hands-on experience developing operational policies, enhancing client delivery frameworks, and collaborating with business leaders to meet evolving business needs. InCommercial said she has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive growth and innovation, ensuring that organizations achieve their goals and exceed expectations.

Saguto joined InCommercial in 2020 in an operations support role after more than 18 years of management and operations experience for Turning Point Services Inc., a large clinical healthcare services company.

At InCommercial, Saguto worked across several departments, including property management, accounting, and capital markets. With the company’s continued growth, she developed its investor eelations support services and later became the national accounts representative, as InCommercial began its own product distribution. Saguto most recently held the title of director of national accounts and investor relations.

“Having been part of InCommercial’s growth for the past five years has been inspiring, and I am excited for the chance to make a greater impact in our company as COO,” said Saguto.

Saguto earned her bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University.
