Four Springs Capital Markets Adds SVP to Lead Sales in California, Hawaii

Natalie Stephens has joined Four Springs Capital Markets – a provider of 1031 exchange and net lease replacement properties – as senior vice president, covering California and Hawaii. In this role, she will provide sales and marketing support to financial advisers, leveraging her industry knowledge to drive growth and engagement in these key territories.

Stephens brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector and joins Four Springs Capital Markets from Capital Square, where she served as regional vice president, Southwest sales since 2023.

Prior to that, she held sales and marketing roles with leading distributors of real estate-based investment programs, including Griffin Capital for more than eight years and Grubb & Ellis Securities and KBS Capital Markets Group. She began her career in 2008 as an internal wholesaler with MetLife Investors.

She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, and a master’s degree in real estate from Georgetown University.
