ExchangeRight Hires New Senior Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Region

ExchangeRight, a sponsor of Delaware statutory trust and non-traded real estate investment trust investment offerings, has appointed Jason Roland as senior vice president of the Mid-Atlantic region. In his new role, Roland will oversee client relationships and strategic development initiatives across Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and the District of Columbia.

Roland brings extensive expertise in client relations and strategic growth, according to ExchangeRight, with over 15 years of experience in the alternative investments and securities industries. Roland holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Northern Colorado, along with FINRA Series 7, 26, and 63 securities licenses.

The addition of Roland follows closely on two other recent hires. The company added Bill Auble as senior vice president of the Great Plains region and industry veteran Will Powers as national sales director.
