Moody Village Towers DST is a 506(c) offering available to accredited investors only through a registered investment advisor or licensed financial advisor. Developed in 2019 and located in the growth corridor of West Houston within the prestigious Memorial Hedwig Village neighborhood, Village Towers is a Class-A mixed-use complex of office and ground level retail of iconic Houston restaurants.
