Croatan Investments Adds VP of Asset Management

Croatan Investments, a rental housing investment manager for private wealth and institutional capital, announced the addition of Jane Finch as vice president of asset management. Finch will be responsible for the execution of each investment’s business plan and maximizing performance across the portfolio.
“Jane has a deep understanding of the operational fundamentals of a thriving apartment community,” said Paul Van chief executive officer. “In her 20 years of experience, she has developed a proven track record of revenue generation and the successful execution of value-add business plans. We’re excited for her to apply this knowledge to our portfolio and continue Croatan’s track record of excellence.”
With over 20 years of experience in multifamily property management, Croatan said Finch has proven her expertise in lease-up and value-add initiatives. Before joining Croatan, she served as the senior property manager at FCA Management, where she was responsible for budget creation and management, collaborating on operational goals such as reducing property delinquency and increasing lease trade-outs and rental rates.
Finch’s previous roles include positions in property management at Cushman & Wakefield, Greystar, and Woodward Management Partners. Prior to her real estate career, she spent over five years in the United States Navy.
