Cottonwood Residential O.P. Increases Net Asset Value

Cottonwood Residential Operating Partnership LP, the operating partnership of private REIT Cottonwood Residential Inc., has declared an estimated net asset value of $19.15 per unit as of November 7, 2017. The company’s previous net asset value was $19.03 per unit.

Cottonwood Residential is an owner of multifamily properties through its operating partnership, which has ownership interests or structured investment interests in 48 properties, as well as three properties currently under construction.
