Fresh off closing two acquisitions in the first quarter, Bluespring Wealth Partners – a subsidiary of Kestra Holdings and an acquirer of both independent registered investment advisers and hybrid wealth management firms – announced a significant expansion of its leadership team aimed at boosting strategic growth and practice management support for its network of acquired advisory firms.
The Austin-based company has brought on industry veterans Graeme Lee, Jeremy Ransom and Jon Bartholomew, while promoting internal talent Josh Bartholomew to a key role. The moves signal Bluespring’s focus on enhancing the resources and engagement it offers to the firms with which it partners.
Lee joins as the new head of strategic growth, tasked with spearheading Bluespring’s organic growth initiatives and adviser experience. His role will also involve integrating value-added services from Bluespring’s parent organization, the Kestra ecosystem of companies. Lee brings nearly two decades of experience, notably having co-launched LPL Financial’s strategic wealth service and previously leading Kestra Financial’s business consulting team for eight years.
“We’re pleased to welcome such impressive leaders to the Bluespring team,” said Pradeep Jayaraman, who became president of Bluespring Wealth Partners last fall. “We’ve hit the ground running this year from both a firm acquisition standpoint, and with the expansion of our strategically minded talent.”
In February, Bluespring announced its acquisition of Reliant Wealth Planning – a wealth management and financial advisory firm based in Louisville, Ky. At the time, Reliant oversaw more than $560 million in assets under management, led by founding partners Shaun Chelf and Laura Clark.
Supporting Lee are newly appointed strategic relationship directors Ransom and Jon Bartholomew. They will focus on delivering practice management guidance and fostering a strong community among Bluespring’s partner firms. Ransom draws on 17 years in operations and strategic planning, most recently as principal at Ransom Capital Ventures. Jon Bartholomew brings over a decade of experience helping advisers build more efficient businesses, having previously worked as a regional director at Dimensional Fund Advisors.
Internally, Josh Bartholomew has been promoted to head of business development. He will work closely with Jayaraman to maintain the firm’s acquisition momentum, targeting further partnerships with independent RIAs and hybrid wealth managers. He previously served as vice president of corporate development since 2023.
Bluespring emphasizes a relationship-centric approach, aiming to acquire and support high-quality wealth management firms by providing resources, succession planning assistance, and operational support while allowing firms to maintain their entrepreneurial identity.
“In pursuit of our commitment to supporting advisers with our value-added, growth-oriented platform, we have built this team with intention and the goal of leading our firm to even greater success in the months and years to come,” Jayaraman added.
