ARCTRUST Launches Offering to Develop Age 55+ Residential Community Near Houston

ARCTRUST Private Capital, the capital markets division of the ARCTRUST Group of Companies, announced the launch of Project Edison 55 at Woodforest LLC’s Regulation D private placement offering.

Available to accredited investors under Rule 506(c), the offering seeks to raise up to $12.2 million in equity with a minimum investment of $50,000.

The offering aims to develop a luxury, 165-unit, concierge 55+ residential community to be built from the ground up as a part of a larger 5,500-unit Woodforest master planned community, just 35 miles north of downtown Houston. The fund is a joint venture with Edison Equity Residential LLC, a fully integrated real estate company with a core focus on managing, developing, acquiring, and constructing residential and active 55+ living properties for sustainable growth and profitability.

Located at 1555 Central Pine Street, Montgomery, Texas, the property will sit on 11.2 acres and will consist of a four-story concierge community featuring 134 units in the main building and 31 cottages. As a “concierge community,” Project Edison 55 at Woodforest will highlight a curated lifestyle with luxury amenities, community events, and social programs designed to attract residents who recognize the value of comfort, convenience, and community engagement.

Expected amenities include a restaurant and full-service bar, resort-style pool, spa with a full-service salon, state-of-the-art fitness studio, multi-purpose social spaces and outdoor living with fire pits.

Last month, ARCTRUST highlighted the full subscription of Project DC DuPont Circle LLC is fully subscribed. The limited liability company offering launched in August 2024 and raised $7 million in investor equity.
